Weddings are licensed for civil ceremonies, and the charming courtyard and pagoda provide the backdrop for outdoor ceremonies and spectacular photos. The classical College Suite hosts ceremonies for up to 300 guests, with its dedicated lounge, adjacent bar and courtyard allowing up to 500 for a sparkling evening reception, while the Trinity Suite, with wall-to-wall French doors overlooking the landscaped courtyard and its own private bar, seats up to 180 for dinner and 400 for receptions. Packages for 70 or more guests include All You Need, with a sparkling wine reception, three-course wedding breakfast, house wine, evening bacon or sausage rolls, a DJ and a room for the wedding night; All You Want, adding a Prosecco reception, half a bottle of wine, a hog roast and a Deluxe Room; and All You Desire, with a Champagne toast, hog roast and pizza buffet and a suite for the couple. A Twilight package for 100 guests includes a hog roast, drinks reception and DJ, and multicultural weddings can work with trusted external caterers.

For business, the hotel is an AIM Secure accredited member of the MIA, with meeting rooms from boardrooms for 10 to the College Suite for up to 450 delegates. Day delegate packages include a main meeting room, LCD projector, screen and flip chart, free internet, constant refreshments, flexible lunch options and a dedicated event manager, and 24-hour packages add accommodation, health club use, buffet breakfast and dinner. A specialist training package adds stationery, two free flipcharts, dedicated bandwidth and breakout areas, and team building is delivered with partners Off Limits and Zest ME, from escape rooms and multi-activity days to It's a Knockout.
