Grade II listed 18th-century manor house on a 120-acre estate near Farnham, on the Hampshire and Surrey border, hired exclusively for weddings of up to 250. Ceremonies in the Vine Room, Orangery or Walled Gardens, specialist Asian and Afro-Caribbean weddings, boardrooms for 24 and ten Mews cottages sleeping 80.

Fireworks and sky lanterns are not allowed at Northbrook Park, because they would upset the resident birds. The venue points out that its peacocks make up for it, and sparklers are fine. The Grade II listed 18th-century manor house stands on its own 120-acre estate near Farnham, on the Hampshire side of the Surrey border.

The grounds take in walled gardens, lakes and water features, with a family of swans and guinea fowl alongside the peacocks. Three spaces hold civil ceremonies, and each can take a mandap or chuppah. The Vine Room has crystal chandeliers, marble floors and French windows onto a terrace and the Nuns' Garden, where a large magnolia gives summer shade. It holds up to 200 for a ceremony and seats 120 for dinner. The glass-roofed Orangery seats 250 and opens straight onto the Walled Gardens, which take 250 outdoors.

Exclusive hire runs between midday and midnight, with the Honeymoon Suite from 10.30am until the next morning. The team has long experience of Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi and Muslim weddings. It also specialises in Afro-Caribbean weddings and welcomes Jewish and LGBTQ+ couples. Couples pick a caterer from an approved list, or pay £1,000 to bring in someone else. The bar is run in-house, with daytime corkage available.

Ten modern Mews cottages beside the house sleep up to eight each, so 80 guests can stay. Each has two doubles and a family room, all en suite, plus a shared kitchen and lounge. Weekday meetings use the Wisteria Room and Garden Room, which take 24 each. Farnham and Alton stations are both less than ten minutes away, and Heathrow is about 40 minutes.
