About the venue

Family-run estate of Grade II listed barns and a manor house on 15 acres near Maidenhead. Hired exclusively for weddings of up to 170 seated and 220 evening guests, and for corporate days and team building, with catering by Heritage Venues.

The Great Barn at Lillibrooke Manor is one of the largest Grade II listed barns in the south of England. It seats 144 for a banquet and holds 220 standing under its timber roof.

The estate covers 15 acres at Cox Green, on the edge of Maidenhead. Alongside the Great Barn stand a Small Barn, a glazed Engine House, a Tack Barn and a listed manor house, all family-run.

Each event has the whole estate to itself. Weddings run between 8am and midnight.

The Small Barn takes 150 standing or 130 seated in rows. The Engine House links to the Great Barn and looks across to the manor, with leather chesterfield armchairs and room for about 100.

Outside are the Cloister Garden, the Manor House Garden, a barn garden with a pizza oven and two large paddocks. The paddocks have hosted fairground rides and bumper cars as well as team games.

Heritage Venues runs all catering and event management from a kitchen on site. Its executive chef, Krimo Merrir, trained under Marco Pierre White.

The Manor House, The Loft and The Old Piggery provide eight en-suite double rooms for 16 adults. They are booked separately through Hestian Stays.

The estate lies two minutes from junctions 8 and 9 of the M4 and about 15 minutes from Heathrow. Parking is free, there is disabled access throughout, and pets are welcome.
