Grade II* listed house built in 1705, five minutes' drive from Leatherhead, with Louis Laguerre murals around its staircase and gardens first laid out by George London. Three meeting rooms take 6 to 100 and can be booked by the hour, and the house also hosts private dinners, birthdays and anniversaries.

Fetcham Park was built in 1705 to designs by the architect William Talman. Louis Laguerre, whose murals also decorate Blenheim Palace and Chatsworth House, painted the walls around its cantilevered staircase. The Grade II* listed house stands about five minutes' drive from Leatherhead, in a quiet residential corner of Fetcham.

It has been a business centre since 1999, with offices upstairs and three meeting rooms let by the hour, half day or day. The Salon is the largest, holding 100 theatre-style, 70 on round tables or 28 around a boardroom table, and its doors open onto a private terrace. The Shell Room seats 12 for a meeting or 50 for drinks and leads straight into the gardens. On the first floor, the Hankey Room takes six people.

Every room has gigabit Wi-Fi, filtered water and video conferencing on a 58- or 65-inch screen, and staff help with calls and presentations. Food comes from local catering partners and is served in the room at a time you choose.

The gardens were first laid out by the nurseryman and designer George London. Today the lawns, fountains and patios have seating, parasols and outdoor Wi-Fi. Parking is free, with EV chargers and bike racks. St Mary's Church, parts of which are over 1,000 years old, is a short walk away.
