Christine House

About the venue

Event venue on London Road, Rainham, with its own civil ceremony licence. Two suites join into the Beulah Suite for 450 seated, and an in-house kitchen cooks multicultural menus for weddings, conferences and parties.

Christine House holds its own civil ceremony licence. Its wedding pages cover English ceremonies alongside African, Asian, Muslim Nikkah and Jewish weddings. The venue sits on London Road in Rainham, near Gillingham, and calls its style London-inspired.

The layout is built around movable space. The Reception Area, the Citrine Suite and the Rhema Suite can be combined to form the Beulah Suite, which seats up to 450 guests.

Used separately, the Rhema Suite seats 250 and the Citrine Suite seats 150. The Citrine suits birthdays, themed nights and team meetings, while the Rhema takes conferences, church gatherings and cultural celebrations.

The Beulah Lounge is a separate space for up to 80, with its own bar. It is used for receptions, cocktail events, private dining and boardroom-style meetings.

Catering comes out of a fully equipped professional kitchen on site. The team specialises in bespoke multicultural cuisine, alongside continental menus, outdoor catering and a cocktail service with mixologists who build a drinks list around the event.

The venue also hosts school proms, awards nights and training days. It also takes milestone birthdays, henna parties and wakes. Each December it runs private Christmas parties and a Christmas Joiner Party for local businesses.

There is parking on site, with overflow parking a short walk away. A bridal suite is included in the wedding packages.
