Exclusive-use wedding barns near Brize Norton in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds, with stonework dating back to 1485. Wenmans Barn seats 140 for the ceremony and wedding breakfast and takes 200 in the evening, with 16 bedrooms on site and in-house catering by Caswell Kitchen.

The barns at Caswell House date back to 1485. Beside the walled gardens stands the Loggia, a 15th-century stone archway, and couples can marry beneath it between April and September.

The estate was a family home for decades, and siblings Kate and Will now run it. There are three barns, each with a different job. Wenmans Barn seats 140 for a ceremony or wedding breakfast and takes 200 in the evening. Bartletts Barn has the same footprint and holds The Oak Bar, while Joslins, the smallest, is a room of sofas away from the dance floor.

Outside are courtyards, a private garden, an ancient orchard and a willow-lined moat. Cows graze the fields and ducks wander through the gardens.

Sixteen en-suite bedrooms let the wedding party stay, and the Honeymoon Suite is free on the wedding night. There are two rooms for getting ready. The Dressing Room is the calm one, and the Games Room has foosball, darts, a bar and sofas.

Caswell Kitchen handles all the catering, with seasonal menus built on local produce. There is no corkage, and the bar is staffed once the drinks reception begins. Venue hire covers the barns and courtyards between 10am and midnight, and later finishes can be requested.

Weekend exclusive hire starts at £19,250 and includes every bedroom. A two-night midweek package on Tuesday or Thursday dates starts at £7,000. Hire for 24 hours on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday starts at £5,650. Witney, Burford and Carterton are each about ten minutes away.
